Complete These Three Steps:

1. Speak Directly with the Homeowner First

  • Do not submit a deal if you haven’t had a real conversation with the homeowner.

  • They will not contact homeowners directly without your confirmation — you must verify interest and gather initial info yourself.

2. Fill Out the Submission Form Thoroughly and Accurately

  • Include your full contact info (name, phone, email).

  • Provide the seller’s information (name, phone, email — if no email, use "[email protected]").

  • Complete all required fields honestly, including property address, condition, situation, mortgage balance if available, and whether the property is under contract.

3. Submit the Form First — Then Wait for Them to Reach Out

  • Do not attempt to schedule an appointment yourself.

  • After submitting the form, wait for someone from their team to contact you to coordinate the next steps and schedule an appointment based on their availability.
