Complete These Three Steps:
1. Speak Directly with the Homeowner First
Do not submit a deal if you haven’t had a real conversation with the homeowner.
They will not contact homeowners directly without your confirmation — you must verify interest and gather initial info yourself.
2. Fill Out the Submission Form Thoroughly and Accurately
Include your full contact info (name, phone, email).
Provide the seller’s information (name, phone, email — if no email, use "[email protected]").
Complete all required fields honestly, including property address, condition, situation, mortgage balance if available, and whether the property is under contract.
3. Submit the Form First — Then Wait for Them to Reach Out
Do not attempt to schedule an appointment yourself.
After submitting the form, wait for someone from their team to contact you to coordinate the next steps and schedule an appointment based on their availability.
